| What are your past work experiences? After finishing school at Virginia Tech I worked as a PGA golf professional with Palmetto Dunes Resort in Hilton Head, SC. I returned to graduate school and upon completion was employed in the Physical Therapy field performing statewide functional testing and rehabilitation for golfers with injuries. In 1999 I changed career directions to form a business that offered Realtors a variety of print and online marketing solutions. Products included digital photography, 360° virtual tours, website design, and other graphic design applications for both print and electronic media. During this period I obtained my N.C. Real Estate Brokers License and for the past several years have been involved in all aspects of real estate including buying, selling, renting, renovation, new construction and property investment.

Do you specialize in any particular areas of Real Estate? My focus is with residential real estate including single family homes, condos/townhomes, and golf & waterfront lots. I’m very familiar with all area neighborhoods and gated communities. I enjoy working with buyers, sellers, local builders and especially finding that “great deal” for the real estate investor!
Do you have a slogan or pledge to your real estate clients? Yes, my pledge is quite simple. “To provide individualized customer care, premier service from beginning to end and to make each real estate transaction a positive experience for all those involved!”
 Tell us about your family. I’ve been married to my lovely wife and best friend for 14 years! She is from Manassas Va and also a Virginia Tech Hokie! She continued her education at the Medical College of Georgia and is a Physical Therapist with FirstHealth of the Carolinas . We have 3 children, all very sweet girls (most of the time). Our twins, Carly & Alyssa play soccer, dance and attend year-round elementary school at Academy Heights . Abigail, our youngest, stays busy trying to keep up with her big sisters and running the household. We are residents in Pinewild C.C. and members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. We love to attend the “small town” community events and taking weekend trips to the beach and mountains. |
What are the things you like about living in the Pinehurst area? The simple and relaxed lifestyle! We have friendly people, great schools, beautiful neighborhoods, outstanding healthcare, and plenty of great golf courses! Overall it’s the perfect community to live and to raise a family! Where else can you constantly drive past lush fairways and greens on your way to an enjoyable evening dinner?
What are some things you like doing here in Pinehurst?
- Relaxing walks with my family around historic Old Town Pinehurst.
- Watching my girls enjoy an ice cream cone at the corner sundry on a warm summer evening.
- Attending the Stoneybrook Steeplechase races in the Spring.
- Enjoying a cold beverage on the front porch of the grand Carolina Hotel with my Mom.
- Watching the best golfers in world play golf during the US Open Championship.

Do you have any favorite Restaurants? A friday night pizza at Vitos Ristorante is hard to beat, but we also enjoy Elliott’s on Linden and the Ironwood Café. Also, Easter brunch at the Carolina Hotel is an absolute delight!
What is your favorite golf course? Which ever one I scored the best at that month!
